It normally takes 1-8 business days for us to process your order and takes about 8-15 business days for standard shipping, when the online tracking number comes out.

1) For delivering successfully, pls check your address and order detail after payment.
2) Failed delivery caused by incorrect info supported by customer cannot be compensated, such as wrong address or phone number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by bohonini.com.
3) PO Box is not accepted if you choose express shipping.
4) Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Bohonini is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Bohonini can never guarantee a delivery date.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally there will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. Some countries' customer may have to pay tariff, buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
